Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations for customer convenience.
As this is a made-to-order product, manufacturing may begin immediately after your order is placed. Please note that cancellations or changes cannot be accepted once production has started.
If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact us at info@sexglamor.com within 7 days of delivery. We will arrange a replacement or refund after reviewing the situation.
If a return is approved, we will process the refund to the original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may take additional time depending on your card issuer. If you have not received your refund after 16 business days from approval, please contact us at the email above.
